Harborough Band performed their annual concert to a full Baptist Church last Saturday night.

Harborough Band took to the stage to perform their annual concert for the Market Harborough branch of the British Legion.

After kicking the concert off with the march, Death or Glory, the band presented a full programme, featuring music to represent all the armed services. Solos were performed by John Pacey who played Satchmo on cornet, Darren Harris, playing the flugel horn solo Nocturne and Interlude, and Will Borman, playing the old Euphonium favourite Blaydon Races.

The band dedicated 'Hymn to the Fallen' to all the victims of the attacks in Paris.

The concert drew to a close with an act of remembrance with Rob Stark and Maisie Lee providing the last post, before the march 'The British Legion'.
